Thank you for shopping with Parker County Beef Company. We take pride in delivering premium-quality beef directly from our ranch to your doorstep. Please review our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our beef. Once products have been shipped, they cannot be restocked or resold. We ensure all beef is shipped frozen or well-chilled and packaged with adequate insulation, but it is the customer’s responsibility to transfer perishable items to proper storage (refrigerator/freezer) promptly upon delivery.
2. Order Issues and Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise compromised, please contact us at [Email/Phone Number] within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We may request photos of the damaged packaging, labels, and affected products to process a claim. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
In the event your shipment is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us at 817-404-7405 within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the packing list against your order to determine if an error occurred, and we will work with you to replace the missing items or provide a refund or credit for any incorrect items.
4. Order Cancellations and Changes

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Store Credit
In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on future orders at parkercountybeefcompany.com. It will be associated with the account or email address used at the time of purchase.
